I prioritize scaffolding in the classroom by offering students multiple entry points and varied opportunities for success across different levels of understanding.
My approach to differentiation is informed by collaboration with teachers, educational assistants, learning services, and parents, as well as student input gathered through strong, trusting relationships. This process is further guided by educational psychology and sound pedagogical practices.
I believe that much of a teacher’s impact occurs beyond the classroom. I aim to create environments that support meaningful student engagement, learning, and independent practice.
