When teaching in person, I prioritize maintaining a clear boundary between my workspace and home space. Strong time management and professional balance are essential to sustaining a healthy and productive teaching rhythm.
I strive to keep weekends free for both my students and myself. By using my time intentionally during the week, I stay organized and energized—so I can show up on Monday fully present and ready to support my students.
Healthy body, healthy mind! I incorporate movement and nutrition into my self-care, with hiking, mindful eating, and outdoor time as regular parts of my routine. I also make space for mindfulness, whether that’s through meditation, journaling, or engaging in creative arts like drawing and design.
I believe that when teachers feel fulfilled, students benefit too. A sense of purpose, joy, and curiosity keeps me grounded in this work—and I aim to model that same balance for my students.
